For more than a decade, real estate has been more than my career — it has been something I've lived from nearly every angle.

I'm a Realtor, investor, renovator, and someone who genuinely loves seeing the potential in a property. I've helped buyers find homes, guided sellers through important transitions, invested in properties of my own, and taken homes from dated and overlooked to thoughtfully designed spaces people want to live in.

That experience has changed the way I approach real estate.

When I walk through a home, I'm not only looking at bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. I'm thinking about value, condition, layout, design, resale potential, and the opportunities others may overlook.

For buyers, that means helping you understand what you're really purchasing — what has potential, what may become expensive, and where a home could be transformed into something exceptional.

For sellers, it means knowing how to look at your home through a buyer's eyes and identifying the changes that can make the greatest impact before it reaches the market — without spending money unnecessarily.

And for investors, it means I understand the numbers. Purchase price, renovation costs, marketability, resale value, rental potential, and ultimately whether an opportunity actually makes sense.

I don't just sell houses. I understand what makes them valuable.
