Find More Than a House. Find the Right Home.

Buying well isn't just about bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. I'll help you consider location, condition, potential, resale and the way a home actually fits your life..

SEE WHAT OTHERS MIGHT MISS.

A dated kitchen doesn't necessarily make a bad house — and beautiful finishes don't necessarily make a good investment.

My background in renovation and real estate investing gives my buyers another perspective. I can help you look beyond paint colors and listing photos to consider layout, improvement potential, major systems, resale value and what changes may realistically cost.

Sometimes the right home isn't the prettiest one on day one. It's the one with the right bones, location and potential.

I've always been drawn to the possibilities within a home.

Whether I'm helping a buyer see beyond dated finishes, preparing a seller to maximize their investment, or transforming one of my own renovation projects, I naturally look at a property through more than one lens.

Buyer Questions, Answered

How much house can I afford?

The best place to start is with a trusted lender who can review your finances and provide a mortgage pre-approval. This gives you a clear understanding of your buying power and helps us focus on homes that comfortably fit your budget. If you don't already have a lender, I'm happy to connect you with trusted local professionals.

Do I need to be pre-approved before we start looking at homes?

You don't have to be pre-approved to begin the conversation, but I strongly recommend having financing in place before seriously touring homes. A pre-approval helps us understand your budget, strengthens your position as a buyer, and allows us to move quickly when the right property comes along.

How do I know if a house is really a good buy?

A beautiful house isn't always a good investment — and a dated house isn't necessarily a bad one. I help my buyers look beyond finishes and listing photos to consider location, condition, layout, major systems, improvement potential and long-term resale value. My experience in real estate, renovation and investing gives me a different perspective when we're evaluating what a property has to offer.

What happens after my offer is accepted?

Once you're under contract, I'll guide you through the due-diligence period, inspections, negotiations, appraisal, financing requirements and closing. There are a lot of moving pieces during this stage, and my job is to keep you informed, protect your interests and make sure you understand each decision along the way.

Still have questions?

Buying a home doesn't have to feel overwhelming. Whether you're ready to start looking or simply trying to understand your options, I'm happy to help you figure out your next step.
